Enforcement procedure is a procedure in which claims are forcibly realized on the basis of enforceable and authentic documents.

Enforcement proceedings are carried out by courts and notaries public.

We provide the following services in the area of ​​enforcement law:
• composition of the proposal for enforcement based on an enforceable or authentic document
• representation in enforcement proceedings (real estate enforcement, movable property enforcement, declaration of enforcement inadmissible, postponement of enforcement, temporary measures, preliminary measures)
• drawing up enforceable acts eligible for certification in the form of a solemnized notarial act – apartment lease agreements, business space lease agreements, land lease agreements, money loan (credit) agreements with the establishment of a lien on real estate
• judicial and notarial insurance of claims by transferring ownership of things (colloquially known as “fiducia”)
